1. How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day.
For customers in the United States, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after processing.
In total, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days from the time the order is placed.


2. Can I return items, and who covers the return shipping costs?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, SleepTune will cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


3. Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, SleepTune only ships to U.S. addresses.

Yes — shipping address changes are possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

7. How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. Bank processing times may vary.


8. What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email info@getsleeptune.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.


9. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
